Is the Jackson Farm CCRC a non-profit corporation?

The Jackson Farm Is a South Carolina non-profit corporation and has not yet applied for a Federal EIN tax deferred status.

How large is the farm?

The farm contains about 60 acres of land that is a long narrow area extending from Harmon Road to Cedar Creek, -almost a mile. The Harmon Road frontage covers about 600 feet and there would be cottage buildable land of approximately 45 acres.

When will it be available for residents?

The project is in the very earliest stage of development, and the process of surveying the land for the best use and the overall design for the main home and cottages has not been undertaken by the board. The CCRC will probably be functional at the demise of the immediate Jackson and Jackson-Stoddard family members.

Will the Jackson Farm CCRC be connected with any faith-based organization?

The Jackson family has reached out to several Christian denominations for the development of the CCRC, and one of the Southeast's premiere Christian Continuing Care Retirement Communities has reviewed the facilities and property by the administration and their board has unanimously agreed to accept development from the Jackson Family Trust.

Who are the board members?

The board is made up of outstanding and accomplished Christian people in South Carolina.
